Vitra Terms of Use

Wellness and informational purpose

Vitra provides personal wellness estimates, trends, educational context, and exploratory insights based on available data. Vitra is not a medical device, medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Do not delay seeking medical care or make medical decisions solely because of a Vitra score, estimate, forecast, or notification. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns and local emergency services for urgent situations.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether Vitra is appropriate for your personal wellness use, reviewing information in context, maintaining compatible Apple devices and software, and protecting access to your devices and Apple Account. You agree not to misuse Vitra, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Apple Health data and availability

Vitra features depend on data you choose to authorize through Apple Health. Measurements may be missing, delayed, corrected, deleted, estimated by Apple or a connected device, or unavailable because of hardware, software, permissions, region, battery state, connectivity, background scheduling, or how a device was worn.

Vitra cannot guarantee that any metric, notification, Watch update, widget, or forecast will always be available, complete, uninterrupted, or delivered at a particular time. You remain responsible for reviewing source information and seeking professional guidance where appropriate.

Vitra Premium subscriptions

Some Vitra features require an active Vitra Premium subscription. Monthly and Yearly plans unlock the Premium features identified in the app and App Store listing. Available plans, introductory offers, localized price, taxes, and billing period are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase; those Apple-presented terms are authoritative.

Billing and automatic renewal

Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. A subscription automatically renews for the displayed billing period unless you cancel according to Apple’s subscription rules before renewal. Apple charges your Apple Account using the payment method associated with it. Vitra does not receive your payment-card details.

Cancellation and subscription management

You can manage or cancel Vitra Premium through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Vitra does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s rules and generally does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility and requests are handled by Apple.

Restore Purchases

If an eligible active subscription is not recognized, use Restore Purchases in Vitra. Restoration requires the Apple Account associated with the original purchase and a connection to Apple’s services.

Feature availability and changes

Features may vary by device, operating-system version, region, data availability, subscription status, and Apple platform capabilities. Vitra may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, preserve safety or reliability, comply with law, or respond to Apple platform changes. Existing consumer rights are not limited by this section.

Intellectual property and license

Vitra, its branding, interface, software, original content, and derived methodologies are owned by or licensed to Vitra’s developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase or download grants only the personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Vitra under these terms and Apple’s applicable license terms.

Unless a custom agreement is supplied in App Store Connect, Vitra is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or Apple’s required terms, those requirements control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vitra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that wellness estimates, predictions, source data, or service availability will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Vitra’s developer is not responsible for decisions made solely from Vitra’s informational wellness output, Apple Health data supplied by third parties, or interruptions outside the developer’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to Vitra or these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect feature, legal, business, or Apple platform changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notice in Vitra. Continuing to use Vitra after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
